Barbara A. Kline, 81, of Ginter, Houtzdale, died Monday, May 4, 2015 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
Born Dec. 4, 1933 in Atlantic, rural Houtzdale, she was the daughter of Michael and Mary (MiKnevich) Moscollic.
She was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church, Houtzdale. She was employed by Navasky’s, Sylvania and retired from Viceroy.
On June 20, 1953, she married George Kline. He survives at home.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Ann Sacolick and her husband, Louis of Beulah and Gloria Ohs and her husband, Scott of State College.
Surviving are five grandchildren, Heather Magill and her husband, Scott, Colette Rodger and her husband, Tom and Brittany, Christina and Bryan Ohs and three great-grandchildren, Macee and Conor Magill and Chaisley Rodger.
Also surviving are three sisters, Victoria Lucus of Houtzdale, Isabelle Stine of Philipsburg and Josephine Murawski of Morann.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, George Jr.; a grandson, Jason Sacolick; and siblings, Bernice Zulick, Mary Tirch, Julia Kasubick and Michael, Tony and John Moscollic.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the Christ the King Catholic Church, Houtzdale, with Father Marc Solomon as celebrant.
Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery, Houtzdale.
Friends will be received from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale.
A vigil prayer service will led by Father Marc Solomon at 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
