Damian Michael Wingard, the infant son of Katelen Marie Wingard and Jonathon Scott Abel of West Decatur, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Along with his parents, surviving are his maternal grandparents, Christina Marie Wingard of Brookville and Jonathon William Keech of Wyoming; his paternal grandparents, Amy Jo Rutter and Jeffrey Eugene Abel, both of Rossiter; and his mother’s godmother, Valarie Gaston.
He will be loved and missed by numerous aunts, uncles, great-aunts and great-uncles.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Dorothy Rae (Bloom) and Richard LeRoy Wingard.
There will be no public visitation.
Private viewing and services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville with the Rev. Stephen Shields officiating.
