Nastia “Ann” Lego, 86, of Virginia Beach, VA and formerly of Lanse, died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 at Trinity Haven Assisted Living in Virginia Beach, VA.
She was the daughter of the late George and Maria (Pekun) Masicz, born Feb. 16, 1927 in the Ukraine. She married John Lego on April 24, 1946 in Austria. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1962.
Mrs. Lego was a member of the St. Severin Catholic Church in Drifting. She was a homemaker.
She’s survived by two daughters, Margaret A. Manwiller and her husband, Ken of New Ipswich, NH and Anna M. Lego-Yoakam and her husband, Ted of Virginia Beach, VA; a son, George M. Lego and his wife, Mary of Lanse; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the St. Severin Catholic Cemetery in Drifting, with the Rev. Father David Perry officiating.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Saturday at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills.
